My house shall be called a house of prayer for all Nations . Isaiah 56:7
Jacob wants only to be known as a lover of God and an eternal seeker of Truth. And in the grand scheme of eternity He only recently became saved. Jesus rescued Jacob from a pretty gnarly near death existence in the kingdom of darkness, and radically transformed and transported him into the kingdom of light. Since that day of redemption Holy Spirit committed Jacob to the process of being perfected by an intimate relationship with Gods truth. He would say that his colorful and sordid history has placed a sword in his hand to help sever people’s attachments to the things that so easily ensnare them in habitual sin. Especially pastorally drawn to the broken hearted, Jacob has dreamt about one day establishing a haven for societal outcasts of all genders, race, and status to live in the reshaping revelation of an identity in Christ at a literal communal farm habitation where an atmosphere of deliverance hospitality and structural love are taught. Since the moment Jesus saved Jacob THROUGH prayer, his life has been devoted TO prayer as an intercessory missionary. Jacob has operated after some theological training at seminary in areas of youth leadership and teaching and he also was a resident prayer pastor at a ministry dear to his heart in Langley BC. Through the study of the books of the prophets and the book of Revelation Jacob has answered Gods call on his life to gather singers and musicians together to minister to the Lord night and day 24/7 in worship and intercession in the Davidic order, a design given to king David from the Lord, modeled after the throne room in heaven. He a senior leader at the pursuit internship (www.pursuitinternship.com) a school built to equip and disciple men and women to live a consecrated lifestyle functioning in their spiritual gifts so that they may do the exploits and missional living that the Lord has for them out of the place of prayer.
